Tinplate Products developed this idea internally and tooled 3 car shaped tins which we accurately reduced down to scale with much care and attention paid to the graphics to replicate the car designs exactly.

These became hugely successful when sold as pencil tins in Woolworths, WH Smith and many other outlets for a number of years. The design of the tins was pushing the limits of tin manufacturing and as a result we won Best-in-Metal awards for Jaguar and McLaren designs.
